I personally like Robustos the best. They say that you should get a cigar that fits your face well. I think Robustos do that, LOL!

isnt Montecristo cuban? Many cigar purists would prefer lighting their cigar with a cedar strip have you tried that? i live in europe but ive heard cuban cigars are prohibited in the u.s can you confirm that and what hapend if you get busted smoking a cohiba? ciao

  • MrCigarEnthusiast:

Montecristo also makes Dominican and Honduran Cigars as well. Yes, the cedar strip is preferred but I am a little different, LOL. Yes the US currently has an embargo dating back to 1964 and Cuban Cigars are prohibited in the US for sale. Thanks for the view.

@MrCigarEnthusiast How does the Montecristo 2 Dominican compare to its Cuban brother?
    Mike

  • MrCigarEnthusiast:

The best prices for cigars are generally online, some online dealers charge full price, but there are some that offer great prices. But be wary of customs fees if ordering from another country.

Well honestly Mike, I have not tried the cuban montecristo as of yet, but all I know is that the No.2 Dominican is a phenominal cigar, so I am sure that the cuban is just as good, if not better!. When I try one I will definetly do a review.

i usually fart on my cigar before i smoke it….. fart fumes help with flavoring full bodied cigars….. old indian secret.

Nice video. thanks. I noticed you didn’t “toast” the cigar like many others. As in lighting it first, I have seen people actually blowing on it, and get it completely lit first before taking a puff. I have found this to be risky in actually risking burning the tobacco and ruining the taste. Do you have any thoughts on this? Generally do you not toast cigars?
